PCB design time depends on the complexity of the project. Simple single-layer board design may only take 1-3 days, while complex high-density interconnect (HDI) design may take 2-4 weeks. We will provide a detailed schedule after project evaluation.
We offer comprehensive PCB manufacturing services, including: single-sided boards, double-sided boards, multi-layer boards (up to 32 layers), HDI boards, flexible boards, rigid-flex boards, metal core boards, and high-frequency boards. We also provide post-processing services such as surface finish, solder mask, and silkscreen.
We support various order sizes from small-batch prototypes to mass production. For prototyping, the minimum order quantity can be 1 pieces; for mass production, the minimum order quantity is typically 100 pieces, depending on the PCB type and process requirements.
You can upload design files (Gerber files, BOM list, placement files, etc.) through our website, or send them directly to MilaWeng@han-sphere.com. We support various design software formats including Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD, and more.
Yes, we provide complete component procurement and PCB assembly services. We can procure components according to your BOM list and provide SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and THT (Through-Hole Technology) assembly services. We also provide functional testing and quality inspection.
