7 dedicated assembly service types · SMT, DIP/through-hole, mixed-technology, turnkey, prototype, consignment and box build · one PCBA partner. From a single fast-turn prototype board to full BOM-sourced, tested and boxed production systems, we run the assembly process your build actually needs — no forced one-size-fits-all workflow.
The three service models that cover the widest range of builds — from a single fast-turn engineering prototype to a fully BOM-sourced production run.
Fabrication, full BOM component sourcing, SMT/THT assembly, testing, coating and fulfillment — managed end-to-end by a single point of contact, with full material-to-shipment traceability.
Explore Turnkey Assembly →Solder paste printing, SPI, high-speed placement, nitrogen reflow and X-ray inspection — full-service surface mount assembly engineered for >99% first-pass yield.
Explore SMT Assembly →Fast-turn prototype and NPI assembly with 1-piece minimum order, free engineering DFM/DFA feedback and a direct bridge to mass production once your design is validated.

View capabilityAutomatic axial/radial insertion, wave and selective soldering for connectors, transformers and power parts.
View capabilityFine-pitch SMT and mechanically robust through-hole parts on one board, in one production run.
View capabilityFabrication, full BOM sourcing, assembly, test, coating and fulfillment under one point of contact.
View capability1-piece MOQ, 24–72h turnaround and free DFM review, with a seamless bridge to mass production.
View capabilitySend your own components — or boards and components together — for 100% kitting-verified assembly.
View capabilityPCBA installed into enclosures, cable harnesses built and routed, functionally tested and pack-ready.
View capabilityIf you're unsure which assembly service best fits your build, start with one of these two broad categories.
Whether your board goes through fine-pitch SMT placement, wave soldering or full system integration, our inspection, traceability, quoting and shipping process is identical — only the equipment and process sequencing change to match your build.
Every job — from a single hand-carried prototype to a full turnkey production run — gets a quote and design-for-manufacturing review inside 24 hours.
Every board — SMT, DIP, mixed-tech or box build — passes 100% automated optical inspection and X-ray on BGA/QFN joints before it ships, not AQL sampling.
Every unit's component lot data, process line and operator is logged and traceable back to the panel it came from — applied across all seven assembly services.
Finished assemblies ship DDP worldwide with test reports, traceability data and compliance documentation included, no matter which assembly service was used.
If your question isn't answered below, our engineering team is happy to talk through your specific assembly requirements.
SMT (surface mount technology) places components — from 01005 chips up to fine-pitch BGAs — directly onto pads on the board surface and reflows them, ideal for high density and automation. DIP/through-hole assembly inserts leaded components through drilled holes and wave- or selective-solders them, giving mechanically stronger joints suited to connectors, transformers and high-current parts. Many boards need both, which is what mixed/hybrid assembly covers.
Turnkey assembly means we source the full BOM, fabricate the board and manage the entire build under one point of contact. Consignment assembly means you supply some or all of the components (or the bare boards too) and our lines handle kitting verification, placement, soldering, inspection and testing. Many customers run a hybrid: turnkey for standard parts, consignment for long-lead or customer-owned components.
Yes — our prototype assembly service has a 1-piece minimum order and turns boards around in as little as 24 hours, with a free engineering DFM/DFA review on every submission. Once your design is validated, the same BOM and process data carry straight through to mass production with no re-engineering.
Our assembly lines are ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified, workmanship is built and inspected to IPC-A-610 Class 2/3, and component sourcing follows AS6081 anti-counterfeit screening. ESD-controlled floors and MSL-compliant handling apply across every assembly service, including consignment and box build.
Yes — this is exactly what our mixed/hybrid assembly service is built for. Fine-pitch SMT ICs and mechanically robust through-hole connectors are placed and soldered on the same board, in the same production run, with engineered process sequencing that eliminates the hand-off errors common when SMT and THT are treated as separate jobs.
Yes — our box build service takes your assembled PCBA all the way to a finished product: installation into enclosures, custom cable and harness fabrication, sub-assembly integration, functional test and burn-in, then pack-and-ship. It's the natural next step after turnkey or consignment assembly for customers who don't want to manage final integration in-house.
Whatever stage your project is at — engineering prototype, consigned build or high-volume turnkey production — our team will return a DFM review and quote within 8 working hours, with the right assembly service identified.
