Why HanSphere

Why engineering teams
choose our CNC shop.

Precision machining teams need more than a job shop — they need a partner with in-house programming, documented material traceability and the depth to solve problems before they reach the production line. As part of a full-service manufacturer, we also combine CNC with PCB and 3D printing under one roof.

CAM
In-house programming

In-house CAM programming, not outsourced

Every toolpath is generated and simulated by our own engineers before a single chip is cut — protecting critical tolerances and cutting review cycles that outsourced programming adds to your lead time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about ordering CNC machined parts, materials and lead times.

Our standard tolerance is ±0.025mm for linear dimensions, suitable for most mechanical parts. For critical fits we offer high-precision (±0.010mm) and ultra-precision (±0.005mm) tolerance grades on hole diameters, position and angular features — see our full tolerance table above for details.

We machine aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper and titanium, as well as engineering plastics including Delrin, Nylon and PEEK. If you're unsure which material fits your application, our engineers offer free material-selection consulting as part of the DFM review.

No MOQ on prototypes — we accept single-piece orders. For production runs there is no fixed minimum either, but per-unit pricing improves significantly at higher volumes; we recommend sharing your expected quantity at enquiry stage so we can optimize toolpaths and fixturing for your cost target.

We accept STEP, IGES, STL and native CAD files (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360). Please include a 2D drawing (PDF) with GD&T callouts for any dimensions tighter than our standard tolerance, plus your material and finish requirements.

Rapid prototypes typically ship in 1–3 working days after design approval. Production orders are scheduled based on quantity and complexity, generally 1–3 weeks. Expedited options are available for urgent projects — ask at enquiry stage.

Yes. As a manufacturer built around PCB fabrication and assembly, we routinely combine CNC-machined enclosures, brackets or panels with PCB and 3D-printed parts on a single purchase order and a single shipment — simplifying sourcing for complete electro-mechanical products.

Yes. Every order includes 100% dimensional inspection against your drawing, and CMM verification or a formal first-article inspection (FAI) report is available on request — standard practice for aerospace and medical device customers.

Our machining envelope supports parts up to 800mm × 500mm × 400mm (X × Y × Z). Larger or multi-piece assemblies can often be accommodated with sectioned machining and precision assembly — contact our engineering team to discuss your specific part.
