Whether you're shipping consumer wearables or aerospace flight controllers, our underlying engineering process, quality system and customer service are the same — only the certifications and process tolerances change to match your application.
Stack-up, impedance and DFM checked by our engineering team within 8 working hours — no charge, no commitment, no exceptions across any industry.
100% flying probe or fixture electrical test on every board, every order. AOI on all layers. X-ray on all BGA and microvia builds — applied across every industry.
Mutual NDA signed before any design files are shared — applied as our standard process across every customer, every industry, every project.
DDP shipping to your manufacturing site or distribution centre worldwide — full RoHS, REACH and customs documentation regardless of industry classification.
If your industry isn't listed below, send us your application — we likely have built boards for it before.
The 14 industry pages reflect the sectors where we have the deepest project experience and certification history. We supply PCBs to many other industries (mining, agriculture, scientific instruments, broadcast equipment, etc.) — the underlying capability and quality process is identical. Send your application description and we will recommend the most relevant capability sheet and certification fit.
We are a vertically-integrated PCB engineering and manufacturing partner — not a sector specialist. Our process capability spans IPC Class 2 consumer through IPC Class 3 aerospace and ISO 13485 medical, with the engineering depth to match each industry's specification. The advantage of working with us is that the same process and team scale across your different product lines, regardless of industry classification.
Our active certifications include: ISO 9001:2015 (general), IATF 16949:2016 (automotive), ISO 13485:2016 (medical devices), IPC-A-600 Class 2 / 3, UL E-File, RoHS and REACH. Industry-specific documentation packages — AS9100 alignment for aerospace, IEC 60945 for marine, IEC 60730 for smart home — are provided as required for type approval submissions.
Yes — for new products that span multiple potential industry classifications (e.g., a connected medical wearable that could be classed as either consumer or medical), our engineering team will review your end-application requirements and recommend the appropriate IPC class, certification path and documentation package. This is part of the DFM review at no charge.
Yes — many platform products serve multiple industries (e.g., a wireless module sold into both consumer and industrial IoT applications). We can build a single board to the highest applicable class and certification level. This typically costs more per unit than a consumer-only build, but eliminates the need for separate part numbers and stockholding.
Yes — we operate two manufacturing plants with a combined production capacity of 80,000+ m² of PCB per month, scaling from 1-up engineering prototypes to 500,000+ unit production runs. Quick-turn aerospace prototypes (low-volume, high-mix) and high-volume consumer production are both standard service offerings.
Whatever your application — from consumer wearables to flight-critical avionics — our engineering team will return a DFM report and quote within 8 working hours, with the right industry certification path identified.
