Every kit is checked against your BOM within 24 hours of receipt. If a line item is short, wrong value, or missing entirely, we send a discrepancy report immediately — before production is scheduled — so you can decide whether to ship replacements, authorize a combo-sourced substitute, or adjust the build quantity.

Yes — this is our combo, or partial-consignment, option. We can source up to roughly 10% of a BOM (by line count or value, whichever you prefer) to cover shortages, backordered items or parts you'd rather not procure yourself. Combo-sourced parts are itemized separately on the invoice so cost stays transparent.

We track floor-life exposure for every MSD-rated component from the moment it's received. If a part has exceeded its allowable exposure window — including time it spent with you before shipping to us — we bake it to J-STD-033 requirements before assembly. All MSD inventory is stored in humidity-controlled, ESD-safe cabinets between baking and use.

If we find damaged packaging, wrong values, suspected counterfeit markings or any other quality flag, we quarantine the affected line items and notify you with photos and details before proceeding. We do not use flagged components in production without your written authorization to proceed or a replacement shipment.

Yes. Many customers consign both bare boards and components, using us purely for assembly labor, equipment and testing. Boards go through the same incoming inspection as components — checked for physical damage, correct revision and solder mask/silkscreen match to your Gerbers before being released to the SMT line.

Yes. Every shipment includes a traceability report listing component lot/date codes used per board, kitting inspection results, and any unused-part return quantities. This is standard on every consignment order at no extra cost and is especially useful for medical, automotive and aerospace quality systems.
