Extreme Environmental Performance

Aerospace PCBs face temperature ranges from -65°C to +200°C, vacuum conditions, cosmic radiation, salt fog and mechanical shock up to 100G. Standard FR4 fails in these conditions — polyimide, ceramic-filled PTFE and speciality materials are required.
